1-71 North to 1-75 North through Cincinnati to Exit 13 (Shepherd Lane/Lincoln Heights). At traffic light, turn right onto Shepherd Lane East (note: Shepherd Lane turns into Shepherd Avenue). Go about one (1) mile until the street deadends into East Wyoming Avenue. Turn right. Turn left at the third traffic light, which is South Cooper (about 2/10 mile). The Environmental Training Center is located at 415 South Cooper Avenue in the Lockland Commerce Park. Look for a narrow long building. Turn left into Lockland Commerce Park, and park in the back. Enter the rear entrance of the buidling.
