Payment must be received on the Monday prior to the week in which the class is scheduled to guarantee enrollment. Full refund will be made if written cancellation is received two weeks prior to the course date, otherwise fees/credit-card payments ae not refundable. Classes can be rescheduled for an additional $75 per day rescheduling fee within 6 months of original class. ETC reserves the right to cancel any course due to low enrollment, liability is limited to the full refund of your registration fee.
